Julius Caesar

Julius Caesar was a very popular man in Rome. He was also known as a important ruler in Rome. The popularity began ever since he didn't follow the orders that Senate gave him. He believed that his components would destroy him , if he had followed the order. Reason why Julius refused to follow the command. Julius had the feeling if he had abandon his army they would have destroy him. For Julius defense people liked how he had stood up for himself , Roman people admired that from Caesar. He was a war hero and a strong leader. Sooner Julius Caesar was elected to be the dictator , ruler with complete control. Obviously Julius was elected because of his popularity. A year later Julius Caesar was known as 'dictator for life'. This is how Julius Caesar had became the dictator for life , an important person in Rome.

My Favorite Greek Thinker

My favorite greek thinker is Plato because
he is one of those workers that focuses on
influences people thoughts between politics.
Part of his famous work was being Symposium.
Two other things that helped was
Phaeodo and Republic, part of
Plato's famous abilities. Helped working with people
giving them ideas of being a wise men .

Hector .

1.Do you Believe Hector did the Right Thing by Fighting Achilles?

Yes , I believe that Hector did fight for many reasons with Achilles.
One of the reasons why Hector had fought with Achilles was that he
had killed many family members. Another reason was because he had also
killed his country men and he wanted to stop him from killing more Trojans.

2.What do you think was the reason Hector accepted Achilles Challenge?

I think that Hector wanted to defend his people/land and wanted
to be idolized of how strong he was to fight Achilles.

3.Would you have done the Same?

Yes I would have done the same thing as Hector because I wouldn't like
no one mess with my part of land or even kill people from my land
especially if they are family members. I would stand up for my people
just like Hector did .

The Myth of Osiris

It was one evening after-noon. The shallow waters of the dark Nun were chaos . As the days were going by , it came to be one day that a hill appeared out of the waters , this hill was named Ben-Ben. On this very hill stood the first god named Atum. This powerful god had coughed up & spatted out two gods one god of air and Tefnut & other goddess of moisture. These two goddess's had two children there was Geb god of Earth & Nut the goddess of the god of the Sky. Shu had lifted up Nut so that Nut can become Shu's Canopy over Geb. Days Come along and Shu and Nut had four children named Osiris , Isis , Seth , Nephthys. Osiris and Isis were king and queen of Earth. They were good rulers especially Osiris he had ruled Earth for many many years. People had liked them but some had some sort of Jealousy. People like Seth was very jealous of Osiris because him , himself wanted to be the ruler of Earth. He grew with more Anger every day til the day had come and killed Osiris. As were all the dead had gone to the UnderWorld , Osiris was to remained to stay under , when Seth had remained at Earth and himself became the Ruler. Osiris and Isis had a son named Horus. Horus had refused for Seth to be Ruler of Earth. Horus had battled against Seth and regained throne. After the battle had finished Horus became the Ruler of Earth and Osiris was the king of the UnderWorld.

Gilgamesh(:

The adventure with Gilgamesh & Enkidu was one of the stories that kept repeating for centuries. The story began like this, Gilgamesh ruled the city of Uruk(the flat plain Mesopotamia near the river of Euphrates). Enkidu
was a friend of Gilgamesh. All the people from the city heard the story of the demon Humbaba who guarded the cedar forest. This monster roar was like the sound of a "flood", his mouth was like ''fire'',and his breath was like ''death''.But that didn't stop Gilgamesh & Enkidu from meeting the monster face to face. So they went for there journey to meet Humbaba. As Gilgamesh & Enkidu arrived to the forrest they got with Humababa. So then Gilgamesh & Enikidu Fought and cut off the monsters head, they took trees and cut it into logs. And so then Gilgamesh & Enkidu tale was told ever since then.

The Message from the story explained that they had faith & hope. It showed that the both friends had faith to face up Humbaba and bring back cedar logs back to there city of Uruk. They also took hope in the stoy of Gilgamesh because they never lost hope nor they werent afraid because they were strong. The best part of this story is that they both had teamwork to show effort to there city. So this is what I thought the message was about.

I would like to predit that Gilgamesh was a hero. I think that what he did with Enkidu it brought up to being a hero. Killing And faceing the monster that made them a hero as well. He was also known as a good king to rule the city of Uruk. This made himself a hero for being a stronger king. So this are the reasons why I think Gilgamesh is a hero.

MesopotamianKim

Here in Mesopotamia is going pretty good, but were kinda struggling a bit. People are getting tired very fast, plus they are also getting to complain a lot these days. Maybe its because they got tired of working so hard everyday. I dont blame them but it also takes responceeabliliy to work hard building temples, but at least we're going to live in shade not in the hot sun. We are doing very good, but were also having a bit trouble with the sheltering. At least we built the Levee's without water we would be dying of thirst and hunger. All we have to do is to work work work for a better future.
